The Victoria Victorian boasts four bedrooms and four bathrooms, including a master bedroom and bath, along with a fireplace in almost every room. Originally designed to be a cozy Bed & Breakfast, this old victorian villa has adorable nooks and crannies all over the place for snuggling, reading or just relaxing.
The Flexihaus is based on the real blueprints of the Flex House by Green Builder Media and Shelter Dynamics. At just under 20,000 simoleons, this partially furnished starter home has everything you need and plenty of room to grow.
The Glass Box is a luxury container house consisting of 5 and a half precariously balanced containers, several roof terraces and a ton of floor to ceiling glass windows. One master bedroom, one master bath, great for entertaining, not ideal for kids.
The Homestead with Garden is another ideal starter home (just under 20,000 simoleons), with the added bonus of an established income thanks to a small fruit and vegetable garden.
This is one of my personal favorites. The Orchid Palace is the upgraded version of the Homestead Garden. I finally had a Sim family that had earned over a million simoleons, on its own, without cheating, and of course, they need to do something with that money, so they built this palace, still with the garden in the back, and spoiled their child rotten and ruined their family line. But it’s still a nice place to live!
The Charlotte is an empty property just waiting for the right owner to turn it into the mansion of their dreams.
